Symptoms: Low Energy, Overweight, Kidney Problems, Liver Problems, Thyroid

Spirulina is a blue-green algae that grows in warm, tropical, alkaline waters all around the world. The ancient Aztecs of Mexico used spirulina as an important food staple to balance out their diets. Today, spirulina is considered one of the most highly nutritional protein supplements available.

Spirulina is roughly 65-71% complete protein and an excellent source of amino acids, including methionine and l-lysine. Specifically, spirulina contains calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, chlorophyll, vitamin E, vitamin A and B vitamins.

Spirulina strengthens the body, providing essential nutrients that are typically depleted when the body is weak, for example, during and after illnesses or chronic diseases. Spirulina has been used as a blood purifier and artery cleanser, and it may be used to stimulate the thyroid, increasing energy levels, and to detoxify the kidneys and liver.

Spirulina also helps suppress the appetite and may be used to treat eating disorders and assist with weight loss programs.

Spirulina is easily digestible and a valued food source for vegetarians.

Take two capsules with meals three times a day.
